Our largest shop also doubles as a central warehouse for all our other shops. It is situated in the Neighbourhood Centre in Creekmoor with ample free parking and a loading bay, making it an ideal drop-off point for donations. Creekmoor is open Monday-Saturday 9am – 5pm and 10am – 4pm on Sundays. We cannot accept larger donations on a Sunday as the warehouse is closed.
Amendments or cancelled deliveries can only be accepted within 72 hours of your order being placed. In the case of a cancellation, the cost of the item will be refunded, less a £10 administration fee.
The delivery date and time slot given is approximate and may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.
You will be contacted within 5 working days of your purchase to confirm your delivery date, and we will provide you with an AM or PM slot. Once the delivery date has been confirmed we can store your item(s) for up to a further 5 days. Any items not delivered after this time will be returned to the shop floor for resale; the cost of the item will be refunded less a £10 administration fee.
Our delivery team operates 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday. If no-one is present to receive the delivery in the agreed time slot and a repeat delivery is required, a further delivery charge will apply. Please ensure there is suitable access for the delivery of your order.
When collecting your order from the store please check the goods are in a satisfactory condition and that the order is complete. Once the goods have left our premises we are unable to accept any further liability for them. There will be a 30% administration charge based on the sales value of goods for any item returned due to it being the wrong size.
